And sometimes, life happens and you give yourself a hall pass. The important thing is: you get right back on track. Often, not being able to rise after falling is the BIGGEST obstacle preventing us from reaching our goals. Tuesday Thoughts: Be THAT Person
It’s about to get real feels-y in this piece. I started this blog because, for some crazy reason, I think by sharing my story, my struggles, my triumphs, and my knowledge, I’ll be able to help someone. Maybe not directly…and maybe not immediately. But somehow, people will find resolution, motivation, a plan of action, or even just consolation knowing that they aren’t alone. It’s not easy opening up. In fact…it’s TERRIFYING. Day 1: “Christina’s Carni-Light Challenge” Grocery Haul
know meal planning can seem a bit daunting, but it's really, really important, especially when starting something new. When everything is planned out, you're less likely to panic because "you don't have anything to eat and you're starving," you actually SAVE money on your weekly grocery list by limiting what you're purchasing to necessities, and you save time during the week by not having to spend hours figuring out what you're going to eat. I'd call all of that a win.

Taking a “Carni-Light” Challenge
My “challenge” will extend 30 days, starting on August 20th and ending on September 18th. This “challenge” is more of a tester…At the end of the 30 days, I’m going to re-evaluate, paying close attention to how my body is reacting to my new approach. I’ll be sharing recipes, check-ins, and tips leading up to and during the challenge.
