Changing of the Seasons: Dealing with Change

    06/30/2018 /

Happy summer friends! It’s been a hot minute (or few months?!) since my last blog, but I’m baaack with some fresh new content, new topics, and, of course, a few surprises. When I started blogging, I committed to you, and to myself, that this blog would remain authentic, raw, real, and beneficial for my readers. Lessons I’ve Learned from Grammy

    10/18/2017 /

This blog is going to be a little different. But, hang in there with me. One thing that I’ve found to be super helpful as I set goals, both personally and professionally, is to find a mentor or coach to help me, guide me, and provide me with the accountability and motivation to achieve my goals. So today, I’m going to tell you about an OG mentor of mine…my Grammy. Today is Grammy’s 95th birthday and she looks amazing! Don’t worry, she’s not afraid to tell you that either. Recently, she asked the woman doing her make up at my sisters wedding if it was “difficult to work on…

Friday Night Eats: Easy Turkey Meatball Recipe

    10/06/2017 /

Hello again, and happy FriYAY! Day 3 of this 30 day blog challenge and I’m coming in strong with one of my favorite stand-by recipes for weeknight eats. HALL PASS: HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK

    10/04/2017 /

And sometimes, life happens and you give yourself a hall pass. The important thing is: you get right back on track. Often, not being able to rise after falling is the BIGGEST obstacle preventing us from reaching our goals. Trust me, in the years I’ve spent working with clients, participating in challenge groups, and hey…the 30+ years I’ve been alive, I see it repeatedly. But instead of preaching on and on about this, I’m going to point out five ways to get back on track with whatever your goal may be

    Taking a “Carni-Light” Challenge

    08/18/2017 /

My “challenge” will extend 30 days, starting on August 20th and ending on September 18th.
